The hotel features a lovely staff. I really enjoyed the Very nice food and drink options. The facilities were fine. The pool area was also very inviting with ample amenities for relaxation. The location allowed easy access to nearby attractions.

The room's wardrobe doors felt a little sticky, something that could use some attention.

The check-in staff was efficient and speedy, providing immediate room access. Staff promptly fulfilled requests. I needed extra coat hangers. the staff was friendly, helpful, and competent .

The rooms have everything you need. I stayed in a junior suite on the 9th floor and it really was lovely. The room featured sea views, sun loungers, a parasol, and a table with chairs. It made relaxing easy.

lovely hotel, fantastic stay

varied breakfast sunset bar pool area

i traveled with five other couples, celebrating a birthday. the hotel was perfect for daytime relaxation with many evening options. the breakfast had very good quality and variety. sunset bar became a favorite spot for drinks. the pool area had live music occasionally (the saxophonist and violin player stood out). direct access to the promenade allowed us walks, bar visits, restaurant outings, and shopping.

i found the hotel a bit disappointing this year, though i've stayed before. noise before 8am from bins being emptied, with even earlier bins at 2am, wasn't ideal. also, sunbathing was interrupted by builders replacing paving slabs. it wasn't the relaxing stay i hoped for.

The room was clean and well maintained. It included a king-size bed with premium bedding and a minibar restocked daily with water and soft drinks.

The gym features treadmills, elliptical machines, and free weights, offering a comprehensive workout space. The main pool area included multiple loungers and shaded areas, accommodating many guests (though it could get crowded).

the hotel has a good location. my room included comfortable beds. i also enjoyed the air conditioning in my room (it worked well).

the sunbed area was small. i noticed some building work going on below the hotel. this may add a further pool and extra space in the future (this did not distract me while i was there).

friendly staff good food faulty air conditioning reserved bali beds

the staff was very friendly and professional. the food at the buffet was good and there was lots of variety. (i especially enjoyed the fresh fruit!).

the air conditioning in my room did not work well and the engineers had to work to stop the noise it was making. the preferred club area had bali beds that were reserved with towels early but remained unoccupied for most of the day.
